Born and raised in Romania, Cata began his fitness journey by inspiring his friends to embrace healthier lifestyles. Now, as a dedicated coach, he continues to empower his clients to make lasting, positive changes.
With a background in Physiotherapy, Cata specialises in injury prevention, management, and promoting long-term fitness. His approach focuses on pain-free living, boosting longevity, and enhancing overall quality of life.

Growing up in Australia, Jess was immersed in a strong sports and fitness culture, excelling in swimming, dancing, and Pilates. Her love for movement propelled her into a career as a Professional Ballerina, performing both in Australia and Europe.
Driven by her background, Jess joined the fitness industry to to help others discover the potential of their bodies, enjoy the benefits of movement, and lead a healthy, active lifestyle.
